Loading Outbound Warehouse Handling Times at the customer level

Our fulfillment centers have different SLAs for different customer accounts, depending on the customer routing guide requirements.  I don't see a way to load this information at the customer level - from what I can tell, OWHT can be loaded on the item card, the location card, or on the sales order itself.  Does anyone know of a way to assign something to a customer, or have a creative solution around this?  We don't want to have to change OWHT for every order, especially as we integrate more and more customers via EDI.

    hi,

The "Outbound Whse. Handling Time" is linked to the Location only (or you could define a general value in the Inventory-Setup).

For Customer specific handling, have a look for "Shipping Time". This setup does have an effect on "Planned Delivery Date" and "Planned Shipment Date".

Make sure that you do not select a Shipping Agent (if you select a Shipping Agent, the "Shipping Time" of the Shipping Agent will be used.)
