Copy incident items on Agreement Booking Incident not working

Hi Team,

We are facing below issue in Field Service.

When we create Agreement Booking Incidents manually, then the Incident items i.e. product/services/service tasks gets copied on the Agreement Booking Incidents.

But when we create the Agreement Booking Incident via a custom plugin, then the Incident items i.e. products/service tasks/ services are not copied on the Agreement booking incident.

Any help on the above issue would be appreciated.

    I think the Agreement Booking Incident items gets created by a workflow. It might be that your plugin is interfering with the oob workflow from triggering. Is your plugin executing on post operation or pre operation?

    I presume you mean that when a Workorder is created the Agreement Incident Type related child records are not populating on Work order if created by custom plugin.

    How are you creating the Workorder just create?

    Is there an Incident Type listed on Workorder after creation.

    I have been running Post Operation Asynchronous Plugin on WorkOrder create and have no issues adding a Workorder Incident Type and populating related child records. I think you may not be targeting Workorder Incident Type as I suspect Agreement Incidents will only work if using system actions and system plugins!
