Hi Team,
We are facing below issue in Field Service.
When we create Agreement Booking Incidents manually, then the Incident items i.e. product/services/service tasks gets copied on the Agreement Booking Incidents.
But when we create the Agreement Booking Incident via a custom plugin, then the Incident items i.e. products/service tasks/ services are not copied on the Agreement booking incident.
Any help on the above issue would be appreciated.
