How to connect Dataverse in other tenants

Hello,
I am trying to connect to Dataverse in the Sandbox environment from Customer Insights in the trial environment.

When you enter the server address of the dataverse to connect to and sign in as a user of the tenant to connect to
When I press the "Next" button, it does not respond at all.
We would appreciate it if you could tell us about the cause of this and how to connect across tenants as a solution.

I have the same question (0)

Could you explain a little more about what you are trying to do?  Are you trying to connect your CI environment to your Dataverse in the Environment setup dialog? Or are you simply trying to load data from Dataverse into CI?

    Hello John.
I will explain what I am trying to do with screenshots.

First, connect to the CI of the trial environment (environment A).
    The account name is aaa@example.com.
"Data" > "Data sources" >  "Add data source".

Check "Connect to Microsoft Dataverse managed lake" and enter the name of the data source.

Click Next and enter the server address.
Click "Sign in" and sign in with the account of the Dataverse environment (Environment B) you want to add.
    The account is bbb@example.com.
This is a separate environment from the CI environment, and each environment does not have an account for each other.
Each account also has "system administrator" privileges for the environment.

    Click Next.
    But nothing reacts.
There is no error and no transition to the loading screen.

I would appreciate it if you could tell us about the cause of this and how to connect across tenants as a solution.

    As reference,
If CI and Dataverse are in the same environment, I was able to connect.
Also, if you try to connect to Dataverse (B environment) in a different environment with the account (aaa@example.com) in the CI environment (A environment), it will be loaded,
but"Couldn't add resource. user is not an admin of Microsoft Dataverse organization. "

Generally, you may be unable to cross connect from a trial environment to a licensed prod (or even it's related SBX) environment.  Different tenants, different domains, different AAD. I also suspect there are some firewall rules that are causing issues, but that isn't confirmed.

It WAS working for SOME apps/features, but there is currently (as in I have a live ticket at this moment with MS support) an issue even when using a global admin account from the licensed environment to create the trial. An "unadvertised benefit" {cough} of the new trials configuration.
