Record Limits per page

Today there are no record limits per page on any entity. I have mine set to 250 but it is not enforced

    How many records you are able to see then ? Can you confirm if it is same in your personalized settings?

    I have the records per page set at 25. There is no indication on the page that the limit is set. Instead of 1-25 of 5000+ it just says 5000+ and I have to scroll through to find items. there is also no pagination.

    You can use Fetch XML Record counter tool from XRMToolbox. It will also help you to count records as per your fetch XML query.
