I am creating an API for the transfer order and I have created it too, but now the query is that I want the record which isn't displayed yet. Only get the records that are after the previous record through custom service. How can I do it?

The key question is how will you know which records were already read by this particular consumer (there may be many clients using the same service). I think you should think carefully about actual business requirements before creating a technical design for it.
Also, which version of AX are you using?
