When Sales for Copilot is used to create a contact from outlook e-mail, there is no data validation on any "phone number" field. The system does not check whether the user has filled in the international prefix +123 and pushes the data into CRM. In CRM there is a data validation on phone number filed (a javascript on Contact record form).
Is there some way to have phone number field validation inside Sales for Copilot?
Unfortunately, there is no support currently to do similar regex type validations within the Sales Copilot form, only the ability to choose which fields to display, if they are editable and which ones are marked as required.
