CRM Dynamics 365 Portal - Entity Form Translation

Hi,

We are working on developing a client CRM dynamic 365 portal on-premise to enable the Arabic language.

The language pack is installed on server & enabled at CRM instance for the desired language, the same language is added to the dynamics portal website configuration entity.

The contact form "Profile Web Form" is used at the portal profile web page, and the related translation for the form fields are translated in CRM (using XRMToolbox – Easy Translator).

However, the problem is once the portal user is logged in with the desired language and navigate to the profile web page the translations are not reflected, the profile form appears in English instead of Arabic.

Appreciating assistance for how this problem can be solved

    Hi partner,

    Unfortunately, Arabic is not supported in Portal.

    Here is the list of supported languages in portal.
