I am creating Task Recordings in AX with the intention of uploading the package to the Lifecycle Services (LCS) | Business Process Modeler tool. In doing so, I notice that the source .wmv video file created in the package and the video accessed within the LCS tool each have very poor video quality - almost to the point where you can't see clearly enough to make the video valuable.
Does anyone know if there are dependencies, settings in Windows Media Player, or suggested display resolution to perform the recordings at that will make the videos usable?
I looked at some of the video recordings included in the Microsoft-provided APQC Business Process template, and they also seem to have pretty poor video quality. Does this sound like an inherent issue with AX Task Recorder, or something specific to the system I am running the videos on?

I have the same question (0)Follow-up: while I never received clarity on any requirements to support the correct video quality, it appears to be an issue with a video card or .wmv setting as opposed to the source files from Task Recorder. Running the same source file on other machines produced better video rendering.
