I get an error when trying to change automated messages. Record unavailable: "The requested record was not found"

Under details I get the following.

Exception Message: Entity 'msdyn_ocautomatedactionrule' With Id = d9353723-ca2c-4f45-89b1-16a9405e8d3a Does Not Exist
