Hello,
I created a new report with data from custom tables and i want to add a button to run this report from the system. How to do this ? Can i make something like this from Electronic Reporting?

You can either allow users to go to the electronic reporting workspace and run the report.
Alternatively, if you consider this as being too risky, you can make a system modification and create a menu item e.g. in the GL module that allows users running the report.
A third option that comes to my mind is using UI flows.
Finally, you can run the ER on a regular schedule e.g. every 5 hours by defining an output destination that places the created file to SharePoint.
