Field does not show in a SSRSReport only for one single user

Hi all,

only one user can't see a field in SalesConfirm report with custom design (he see the label of the field but not the value) . We have already cleaned the user's cache, checked if there was record appended in SalesConfirmHeaderTmp and restarted AOS. The issue seem solved but in a while it always comes back. Any help?
