Accounts Payable Workflows - Multiple Levels

Presently we are having:

One person prepares the voucher and same person submits the voucher.And another person approves.

Is it possible to create more steps for voucher process, like one person prepares,another checks and one more person checks and again another approves like that ?

Product AX 2012 R2.

    which workflow you are talking about?

    Vendor Invoice Journal

    or

    Vendor Payment Journal?

    or any other workflow of AP

    Vendor Payment Journal and Vendor Invoice Journal (Both)

    Both workflows do not have a Review Element/Task like PO review or PR Review, so only option we have got in this case to assign approval to these extra users. Let them approve the document.

    1.Prepare

    2.Approve

    Only those are possible as steps and if we need we can add more people to approve ?

    yes, you are right.

    no option for Review.

    if you need Customize it OR assign Approval to additional users
