Going to Tools->Routines->Payroll->Electronic W-2 Filing results in a warning that you need to register with the Social Security Administration and does not let you continue.
In my case I get a warning about the user not being able to access the database 'TWO' under the current security context. The TWO company does not exist in the SY01500 table.
The client is in CT and wants to file W-2's electronically. Who do we contact at the Social Security Administration?

I have seen your case error occur when the year-end wage file doesn't have the needed company information and it was resolved when the file was recreated with the company information intact in the following tables:
SELECT * FROM W200005
SELECT * FROM W200006
