HEIC File to uploaded in Microsoft Dynamics Field Service

Hello,

Tried to upload an HEIC type file in Inspection template in Microsoft Field Service. But HEIC file is unsupported. Is there a way that we could upload this type of file in inspection template?

Hi,

Unfortunately, this is due to product design.

You can only upload supported file types.

But you can create a new idea through the below URL, then ask your colleagues to raise up the votes.
Ideas (dynamics.com)
Our product team has direct visibility of these ideas and they will implement it on the basis of the highest number of votes received.
