How to refresh form page in d365FO using X++

Hello, I have a dialog that after clicking ok, it makes changes on my datasources.
Everything works perfect but i have a problem that the tables on the form are not showing the updates until I click the refresh button above the form.
I used refresh and reread methods but nothing is working.
Can someone help?
