Hi,

I would like to ask which versions of Outlook are compatible with Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013 (Service Pack 1 (SP1)) (6.1.4.145)?
Is it possible to integrate outlook 365 with Dynamics CRM 2013?

Hi Adam,

Office 365 is not compatible with CRM 2013. Office 365 PRO Plus is compatible with the CRM 2015 onwards. For more details, please check: https://support.microsoft.com/pt-br/help/3005167/compatibility-with-microsoft-dynamics-crm-2013
