Connector Excel Oline creates a blank row in table

Dear Sirs,

I have the following problem in Excel Online.

I have made a connection with the Dynamics Connector and made some tables. When I refresh them, Excel (or connector?) creates a blank row on line 2 in the table. This causes errors when I use the tables in a new pivot table. I can not filter the table, then refresh is impossible with connector and the filter in the connector does not prevent this.

Please help me ?

Hi Gino,

Can you share a screenshot to illustrate your issue? Is the table in Dynamics 365 empty or do you have records in it?

Thanks for reply. This is printscreen. The tables do have records in it and the blank row is always on row 2. This happens with every table with connector in Excel Online

Hi Gino,

Do you have customizations in the Data Import Export Framework? If not, I would suggest to open a ticket for Microsoft Support. I haven't seen this behavior myself.

What exact version of Dynamics 365 are you currently using?

We have Dynamics Finance

I have solved this issue by shorten the table at the bottom by one row
