    Hi

What error do you get when you do the full Sync, Is it the same as the error you have posted above?

    Hi

    Ok, couple of things here,

Going with the fact that single log on sync works for that log in and all does not work for all i suspect that it is a different log in causing the issue,

Your first step is to go through the log ins and one by one try and Sync them, you should then have the issue appear on the log in that is causing the problem,

When you find the faulty user delete them from NAV, delete them from the SQL server "Security" -> "Logins"

    Once that is all done,

Create the user in SQL under "Security" -> "Logins", DO NOT change anything under server roles or user mapping in SQL

Open NAV up and create the user, add the roles and sync

Possibly also worth trying the above on the new user first just in case there is a setup issue with that one causing the issue

Let me know how it goes

    hi

i tried another thing, i use the sa login end then i was able to do the sync all and add a new user in nav; so i go to sql and give the "super user" a "securityadmin" role on the server role so now when i log with super in nav i have no problem to sync an add new user

    thanks
