RTM form not loading

Posted on by 63
Hello!

A client of mine is encountering an issue when you post an RTM form to their external site. The form appears for a few seconds, and then the following error message comes up:

/The form can not be loaded on a domain not allowed for external form hosting./

The domain for the site is step, and everything has been verified.

I'll try that out RudyZhang.. Hopefully they'll be quick to reply.

As for error messages, this is the only one I got. I have no other errors to show than what's in the screenshot.

Thanks Josh O'dea, i'll have my client try this out again. I found an article stating the same thing as a solution. They tried doing it, but it won't verify. It might be a human error. I'll have them try it again. Once approved, would you keep both Domains or the "www." one?

    Thanks

    Hi,
Could you please check the URL where the form is embedded and see if its loading as https://sample.com or https://www.sample.com. If the latter, you will need to set up a new domain in Dynamics 365 Marketing with www. at the beginning of the website name e.g. www.sample.com

    Kind regards,
    Josh

    Hi,

We have analyzed the information you provided, and just from the error message you provided we still believe that there is a problem with your domain authentication (we had a similar problem testing OBM before)

    Here is our suggestion
    1. You can check whether there are plugins or other customized settings, which may cause this problem.
    2. Re-run the domain validation and then re-host the form to an external site

In addition, could you please provide more information about this issue? For example, specific error messages, etc. This will help us better determine the cause of this issue.

    Best Regards,
    Rudy Zhang
