Localize Activity Feed Into A Different Language

Hi there, 

we are deploying for a customer Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement v.9.0 and set the base langauge or default language to English, so we get quicker updates etc. 

So we translated all the display name and whats necessary for them to use the system in German. But we have a problem with the activity feed. We cant change the langauge of the activity feed into a different langauge. It mixes up the translated distplay names and the base langauge English.

    From my experiments a while back the activity records are created with hardcoded phrase foundations such as "$User changed $opportunity from $opportunity.percentage1 to $opportunity.percentage2" and the core text is based on the system's base language. Once we discovered that we stopped investigating any further as it answered the question and other things were more pressing.

    Thanks for the answer. I opened up a ticket at the MS support to get more information about that issue. But for the moment it really looks like the core text of the activity feed is not localizable.
