I am a Global Admin and Power Platform Administrator.
I set up a trial environment and I am trying to convert it to production by purchasing a licence. After it processes the payment I get the following error:
I have tried different browsers, different pc's inside and outside our domain.
I have tried our sales rep at Microsoft who cannot give any timeline on when this issue will be resolved except to say it's an issue.
Any thoughts ?, also see below when I try to convert inside Power Platform Admin Centre
