We can´t publish the channels

Hi All,

I am not able to publish the online channel to SharePoint and get below status message.

Error message: Cannot proceed to catalog publishing because channel has not been published successfully. Channel publishing status: Failed. Status message: 'There is already a term with the same default label and parent term.. Time of the failure: 01/19/2016 16:19:54'

We have checked there is not duplicates in web navigation Hierarchy. please do suggest any troubleshooting tips or thoughts.

Version:

AX 2012 R3 RTM

P.S: Issue happens only in production.
