Please advice for a solution for below scenario of the client:
Currently employee navigates to the Benefit provider website to self enroll for the benefits and then the data goes to the Finance team for payroll processing.
Going ahead, Benefits will be configured in D365 HR. From solution standpoint, what can we suggest client as the best approach.
Do we need to have both inbound and outbound integration of D365 HR with external benefit provider.
Please advice on the solutioning against such scenario.
