Notification email issue

Good afternoon ,
I m able to send request batch approval  and the approver approved the request

I m also using workgroup  approval code and   name.

I set up aproval set up and smtp  mail and  job queue and notification entrie

The  event        :   request approved

The condition  :   approval type : user workflow group and user workflow code :101

The response   :  send notification to user<user>

I used to be able to send the notification but is not working  anymore.

I check on the event-response archived window and the  notification is inactive .

Do you have any suggestion ?

    When trying to Start Job Queue , following error coming and application closed automatically.

    Hello,

    First you have to un-check the value from "Start Automatically From" Check Box, After that Click on Start Job Queue.

    The email notification in my installation isn't working, after following your instructions.

    I get the following screen when I attempt to start the Job Queue. Apparently it's been set to start from NAS service. How do I know if NAS service has started?

    Check Notification Setup, See the bellow Screenshot.

    Also check the Notification Method for Approval needs Email, See the bellow Screenshot.

    After that Check the Job Queue, Notify Job needs to Start, See the bellow Screenshot.
