how to view and download the video from partner source site

I could not able to view today the online video on - https://mbspartner.microsoft.com/AX/CourseModules/1258

as earlier I was able to view it 2 days before

Kindly anyone can help...

This is so-called Dynamics Learning Portal, nevertheless it seems to be completely down in this moment - it's not a problem with this particular video.

There are always business hours in some timezone. :-)
