Hi, We are using Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3.we triad to make a return purchase order, we entered everything as mentioned in this post

BUT when we tried to prepare the packing list the system stuck !!
we closed and reopen it, but we found the item become picked and we can't do any things, we cant cancel the receipt list and we can't complete the process,
it's solved, I contacted a friend he works as a developer he helped me and he said this problem in table or something like this, anyway thank u so much for you helping
if we can cancel the Receipt List the problem will be solved

it's already confirmed, and when I tray to submit give me error " you can't submit because there is a transaction status picked "
