Administration Reporter - Steps to Create 14 Column Trial Balance

I am new to Management Reporter and was asked to create a 14 column trial balance report.

Good morning Catherine,

What do you want to have included in those 14 columns?

Would recommend having a look at the default reports that MS ships and design your own trial balance report in a similar way.

I would like the fields of: sums of the greater, balances at the end of the month, balance accounts, state by nature and state by function to be included.

where you want to restrict accounts to pass data in the balance account column, status by nature and result by function.

I would appreciate a lot if you could help me

What exactly is the 'state by nature' and the 'result by function'?

Are these financial dimensions that you use in D365FO?

hello Ludwig Reinhard,

the state by nature groups expenses according to their origin. This is presented in a format that shows costs and expenses deducted from total sales revenue.

The result by function classifies expenses according to their function as part of the cost of sales and according to how expenses or income influence.

These dimensions I want to include in the trial balance report.

What I am trying to do is see how to include formulas in the definition of columns so that they extract data from some accounts, that is, only from established accounts

Hi,

On youtube there is a good series of videos on the management/financial reporter.

Would recommend going through those videos.

Once you are through you should be able to setup the report you want.
