I seem to be experiencing some problems setting up a business rule on the account form.Basically I have two conditions and two actions, I’m trying to create a single business rule to combine all.
1st condition, states if the account has data in field X then the action is to display an error message which informs the user to create a contact record first and stops the user from going ahead and creating the account.
There’s also a different field on the account record and if a user chooses a particular entry from the option set e.g. the conditions states if they select ‘business’ in field ‘Z’ the action is to set field ‘Y’ as business required and prompt the user to fill in field Y. The objective here is to allow the user to go ahead and create the account record first without having to create the contact record.
When I validate the business rule I keep getting an error. Any pointers would be helpful.
