It depends what kind of installation you are going to do.
Single Computer Installation
You must log in with an account that is both:
A member of the Administrators group on the computer on which you are running Setup.
A member of the Database Creators server role in the SQL Server instance in which you want to create the database.
Production/Custom Installation
For AOS Service Microsoft recommends recommend that you use a domain account or a managed service account in a production environment. Use the Network Service account only in development and testing environments.
In addition, each service may have a different requirement such as Management reporter service may need a different requirement than AOS. This is just an example. You may have a look at installation guide, where exact requirements have been specified for each service. Open Installation guide and search next text: Create accounts for Microsoft Dynamics AX services
Hello Tanseef.
No need to be Admin domain in any case.
