Customer Voice - Power Automate - Projects Not Available

So disappointed that we can't seem to get this resolved.  I have been on 4 different Support sessions with Microsoft Support and yet no answers.  Has anyone ever ran into this before and how/was it fixed?  I have created Projects and Surveys in Customer Voice but the 'Send a Survey' Action in Power Automate does not have them as available options to pick from.  Any suggestions?

    I have the same issue now, no projects, surveys available or templates avaible in the enviroment.
     
    Did someone came to a solution on this?

    Hi,
     
    I suppose as you have already been on multiple session with Microsoft that this is not the solution but as I had the issue as well and now not anymore I want to share how it was fixed on my end.
     
    The user used for the customer voice connection needs:
    1) Owner rights on the customer voice project.
    2) A customer voice license.

    Make sure the project in Customer Voice is on the same Environment as where you are creating your Power Automate flow.

    If you've created projects in Dynamics 365 Customer Voice and shared all the projects with other users, the projects won't be visible while creating a flow in Power Automate. You must create at least one project that isn't shared with other users. After the new project is created, all the projects (user owned and shared) will be visible while creating a flow in Power Automate. It takes 5 minutes for the projects to be visible in Power Automate.
