econnect error 3389 using web services

I am getting an econnect error using web services.

The serial numbers or lot quantities do not match QuantityShipped.

I have checked and made sure they are matching (at least pretty sure).

The error message happens on the CreatePurchaseReceipt method. Can't seem to figure out what I am missing here.

Any assistance would be appreciated.

    Admin,

I think you are missing 'LineSequenceNumber'  on Lot number code. Can you please paste here XML file?

    Thanks

Its looks like the line sequence is set to 0 on the lot. I imagine that can't be right...
