NAV 2016 - Remember My Password for CredentialType UserName

I am having an issue with the remember my password checkbox on the login screen when connecting to a server. When I check this box, it saves the credentials for the username and password that I used originally. However, when I close out of NAV and open it again, the login screen has the original username and password autofilled in and the checkbox is no longer marked. When I try to use a different login and check the box to remember it, I am able to log in, but when I close and open NAV the username and password is what is was set to originally and not the new login credential I just used.

How can I change or delete the credentials from the login screen after using the remember my password?

Regards,

Nick

On your computer delete the credentials from the Credential manager which is found in Control Panel. There you will find an entry under Generic Credentials.

Go to start on search window type %temp% then delete Dynamic Nav File.
