So I am trying to do this

But I cant because the instructions are for the old UI. This is very frustrating since I cannot go back to the old UI.
If you are using the FS App, simply change the area (bottom left corner) to resources:
If using the Resource Scheduling App, choose the area "Settings".
From there the documentation is up-to-date, including the new UI for maintaining work hours.
I think we should also select "Resouces" in the Change area.
Then you can check "Resouces" and create new resource from "+New".
