It has not been approved for more than a month.

All items except 'CRM org URL' have been entered, but they are not approved.

I'm not sure what value to enter in the 'CRM org URL'.

Firstly, please be sure to fill out all fields when applying. Missing information is the most common reason for delays in the approval process.

And Shirley Ho can help you approve the use of the Dynamics Insider Program as soon as possible.
