Dynamics SL 2018 CU3 - Vendor Maintenance Currency Toggle

Just upgraded client from SL 7 to SL 2018 CU3 and want to make sure that I am not missing a new feature.

Client is single database multi company multi currency with USD as base currency. 

In the Vendor Maintenance screen 03.270.00 on the Documents tab, client said that they were able to use the currency toggle in the tool bar to view the results in the grid with the currency of the transaction.

I don't think that is possible in the Documents grid, but it is available in the Document Maintenance screen.

I think this is a user misconception or did I miss a change in functionality and setting?

    Dear Laura,

    I went back and found that the currency view toggle is not available on 2015 and confirmed 2018, so this functionality is not available in the current versions. I cannot tell you if it ever was. 7.0 is not supported, so I can't confirm how it functioned in that version. I found that if you Drill down to the Documents button from the Vendor maintenance screen that the toggle is available (in 2015 and 2018)

    I think you are correct the user is mis remembering or perhaps they had some customization.

    Thanks Jana - doesn't make sense that it would show the currency of the document since there could multiple currencies in the grid.
