NAV 2009 R2 RTC - Error when uploading budget

When trying to upload an expense budget, after about 30 minutes we get this error and it fails. Anybody have any idea why?

Also, we have trimmed the budget down to just 2 lines (24 entries) but it is still incredibly slow.

    Hi Edward,

    Could you check whether there's any special character in the excel file which is not accepted in NAV?
