Convert a dynamic Marketing List into a static one

Hi all,

Each time I try to convert a dynamic marketing list into a static one, with a high number of members, I get the following error message:

With lists below 500 contacts there is no such problem. I looked up several threads in the regards, but none were of help (e.g. this).

Did someone experience a similar issue? I would be really happy to receive your expert opinion and support in this matter!

    Thank you so much for your advice,  Nya & Elena! I contacted MS Support, hopefully the issue will be solved :)

    Hi Simona,

    I would advise you to create a ticket and let support team see what's going wrong (esp as Nya checked it already and the issue was not reproduced).

    I have tried to reproduce your issue but it didn’t occur.

    Here is my static Marketing List which is copied from a dynamic one with 750 members.

    The error is a Business Process Error in your image, which is something related to BPF or workflow.

    Go to Advanced Settings > Settings > Processes and filter to find out if there is any process which is targeting at Marketing List.

    Also, a log file is appreciated if there is any.

    Please don't hesitate to post the "show technical details" and the "Log File" too.
