Good day All,

Iam trying to use Dynamics 365 web portals as our webserver and apparently our application 'Dynamics 365 Marketing application is up to date but i keep receiving the error message as shown in the attachment. Anyone facing the same problem and any workarounds available?

To do this, you must choose to host for yourself, with the most extensive access. It is desirable that he also multitask. Otherwise, it won't be easy every time to configure everything. To do this, look for all options on the type of Dedicated. But I don't think they are very fast, which can be tricky. It's hard to tell you anything definitively. Personally, I chose web hosting, which was, for me, first of all, convenient. If speed is also important for you, then look at hostkoala problems. It may be more suitable for you. Also, pay attention to the speed allowed. It is also important for a large server.

I have one file that may be useful to you in your question about web hosting. Check it out https://masterbundles.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/02/7-easy-steps-to-host-your-website.pdf maybe you will find the answer to your question, or maybe it will help you make a decision. I wish you a quick fix!

    Hello Drimkoe,

I looked at your tenant and it seems that this org was configured with a portal initially but then was deleted a day later.  I believe that this is playing a factor in the error you are getting.  When removing a portal from a Marketing instance, you will want to make sure you follow the steps laid out here:  https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/marketing/portal-optional#remove-portal-integration-from-an-existing-marketing-instance

In order to assist you with this issue we will need to investigate this through a service request.  If you would like further assistance from Microsoft, please open a service request at https://admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com/support.
    Regards,
    Brad
