Recently, the behavior of sending documents from NAV, via Outlook has changed. The Document Sending Profile has not changed (and I created a new one in case it was the problem).
What happens is, after clicking send, the dialog with the send options pops up as expected. Leaving it set to Email: Yes use default settings) is selected, Email attachment value set to PDF, everything else set to no. Clicking OK brings the second dialog wh8ch says something like "Click to open Email". At this point, Outlook used to open an email dialog that the user could then adjust in send.
Now, Outlook never opens but the email does get sent eventually. I need Outlook to open so the user can make adjustments before sending. It has worked as desired for quite some time until recently.
Any help getting this functionality back will be greatly appreciated.
