How can I add customer requisition reference to a word free text invoice

Hello!

I am trying to understand where to look and add information that is put in the field for Customer Reference, in the customer head part) so it will be added to the Free Text Invoice in Word that can be used.

It is what steps to take/make in the Electronic Setup parts I am trying to understand.
If there is a good webpage for this it would be great to receive this.

Hi Eva,
Business Document Free text invoice (Excel) has a field for "Customer Reference" that is related to "CustomerRef" on CustInvoiceJour table.

In order to have value for this field on Free text invoice, you need to fill out the header > customer reference like Hana is already mentioned, before you post the free text invoice-

For customer requisition, there is not a mapping field on Free text invoice (Excel) designer, it means that you need to create a derived version and add a new mapping for customer requisition. You can use Model > Purchase order.
You can either add new field for customer requisition or reuse one of the existing field like OurRef.

Hi Eva,

This field is a text box, user has to enter the value manually. If you want to derive this field value from some other form/table, you should consider customization.

Depending on the system configuration, this field may be a text box where you can enter or edit information. Due to self-labeling, but not yet physically connected to any part of the system, you can customize this field to meet your needs.
