How To cancel a Work Order in D365 Field Service so the

the quantity of Products (haven't be used) would be adjusted to warehouse..

Also

After placement request(Work Order) is created the 'quantity' of specific "coolers model" should be decreased with number of 'units' in placement request.

Any Step by Step Guide will be Helpful

I'm a little confused by your post.. products will not be used or taken from inventory until the work order is complete and the product has been set to “used from estimated” .. Cancelling a work order is simply a matter of changing the work order status to canceled..
