Hello!
I have created a custom form and am switching to a different BPF. I have activated the BPF, made sure everyone has permissions to view it, and made it the top option for BPF order. However when I create a new lead, the area where the BPF should show is blank. It has space for the BPF, but it's not showing up as viewable. When I click "Process" it only shows "abandon" since this is the only BPF in the environment.
Lastly, I checked on the BPF and all the records I'm creating are showing up as associated to that BPF on the back end, but I can't see it as a user. Any idea if something maybe is blocking it from loading? I'm stumped!
This worked for me! Thank you :)
Hello all,
Just coming back to let you know the resolution. It was none of the above items, as I had checked all of those already. I submitted a ticket to microsoft and it was a bug that they are patching. If you're having the same issue, the resolution from Microsoft is below.
I was able to replicate the issue and I found a bug that happens when the Accent Color is not defined in the custom theme.
So I confirmed that the theme in the organization with the problem was indeed undefined:
When I changed to #000000 and published the theme, the issue was resolved.
This bug was already fixed and the release will come to service update 9.2.23044, so the ETA is May 26th for NAM Geo. We recommend you to please use the workaround until then by adding the accent color for now.
I also would like to inform you that we still have limitations around using custom colors with this modernization:

Hope that this helps you! Please let me know if you have any further questions or concerns.
Hi Toni G,
Can you try to follow these steps please ?
1. Navigate to make.powerapps.com and then navigate to the apps menu as shown in the figure below :
2. Select your app, and then click on Edit
Now click on Switch to classic
3. Select Business Process Flow,
In the left, search your Business Process Flow, and then select it.
Click on Save, then Publish.
Hope that's helpful for you

Hi Toni,
Thanks for your information.
Do you edit security role when you activate the business process flow?
If not, please set enough permissions for user to read business process flow.
Best Regards,
Sayen Zhang
I have done some digging in the console and I'm getting errors around the PDF Entity. including: Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 400 (), and the other is " : Entity 'pdfsetting' With Id = 3e5d32bb-3fd3-424e-81f0-7d4faf5aee94 Does Not Exist in file: VM18381 react_devtools_backend_compact.js"
It seems that this entity is being blocked? or having issues? And it's preventing the BPF and the activity pane from displaying correctly.
Adding: I have tried in Chrome and Edge, the BPF is invisible in both.
