Microsoft Dynamics GP (Archived)

Cannot print Account Category List, GP 2010

Hi,

We have problems to print out  the report of Account Category List on the Account Category Setup window (Microsoft Dynamics GP menu >> Tools >> Setup >> Financial >> Category).

Every time we want to print out this we get the following error: "cannot access this report because the dictionary containing it is not loaded"

We have done some research but we weren't be able to find out which report is the one associated with this window.

Our version of Dynamics GP 2010 is 11.00.2164 (SP3) English Canada.

    Hello Christian:

    The name of this report is "Account Category Contents."

    You can go into your alternate/modified forms and reports window and change security so that you are using the out-of-the-box version of this report if you need to see that.  (Microsoft Dynamics GP menu >> Tools >> Setup >>  System >> Alternate/Modified Forms and Reports)

    Christian,

    When you go to the window David identified, you will probably only see one item under the 'Account Category Contents' report. It will be an unmarked radio button next to the words 'Microsoft Dynamics GP'. Mark that radio button and you should be able to print the report.

    Another option available licensed for SLB (Smartlist Builder) create a SL- Smartlist against the Account Category setup Table (GL00102)
