Emails with images are not visible in Dynamics UCI

We are using queues to capture incoming emails from clients.

All working well but if they send an image in the email body, we cannot see it and therefore cannot manage the request from within Dynamics as a case.

Any idea how we can view these images?

Is there a setting to have all images as attachments?

We do not want to have to go to the outlook mailbox to see the image.

Hi Scott,

Through my test, when sending an email to dynamics with inline images all images are converted to attachments instead in the new UI.

The inline image can’t be shown in the body of email, which is by-design.
