How to fix date error on customer card.

Posted on by Microsoft Employee

Cannot open one customer card, all others are functioning properly as far as we can tell.

When I try to open the one customer card I receive the following message:  The date is not valid. Page Edit - Customer Card must close.

This is regarding that you system has a different date format then the customer data has the date, in that case, please debug and analysis the problem

    Hello,

Well, I suggest you use the debugger to get in which table the date causes the problem then use NAV Development Environment to open it (using Run button) and correct the date manually. you can correct the date using SQL server as well.

--PERHAPS you've changed your date format in Windows/NAV and you stored a date in this format for example dd-mm-yyyy (let's say it's 15-08-2018) then you changed the date format to mm-dd-yyyy which means mm=15 while there is no month 15 !
