Hi,
I need to understand in terms of process flow of implementing Benefits. For instance, is it the employee enrolls on benefit portal and all the details are pulled in D365 HR or is it that employee selects the plan in D365 HR and then goes to benefit vendor.
Please if anyone can help me understand the process flow in terms of what they have implemented for their clients.

Thanks for your response. But I need to understand more from business perspective what is advisable to maintain enrollments in vendor portal and let the data come to D365HR or have enrollments in D365HR and then flow to the benefits vendor.
