I am trying to add product in competitor and I am getting following error
'You can't add a product family'
Any help would be appreciated ?

I dont think you can add a product to competitor entity.
Is it competitor or any other entity?

Do you mean that you navigate by one certain Competitor record - Products - Add Existing Product to add a product, then it fails?
Does this happen with all the products or just the products associated with a product family?

Hi Judy,
Error is only while adding product family. Other products which are child of product family I am able to add without any error.
I could add a product family to my Competitor record. Do you have this issue with all the product family? Could you create a new product family to have a try? Just give the Name and Product ID to the new-created product family.
If it works, try to find the difference between the new-created product family and the affected ones.
Hope it makes sense.
Are you able to add a product family to competitors. I am also facing the same issue.
