Dear All

i am having 3 Branch . Branch1, Branch2 & Branch3. 

I had opened 10 Customer in Branch 1, 15 in Branch 2 and 20 in Branch3. 

i had deployed Record Level Security as Branch 1 User can see only his branch customer, branch 2 user can see there branch customer and branch 3 user can see there branch with the help of Site.

Also i had created one more Security  Role - 1 where branch 1 & branch 2 both site are mapped and users under this role can see customer of both branch.

My Query is that i am interested to add 5 customers of Branch 3 in Role - 1.

When i edit Record Level Security for Role 1 and add Customer -> Customer Account -> Account of Customer and Save.

System make Customer Master Blank.

Record Level Security Containing Site as well Customer Account is not working.

 

 

System is working fine.

    Hi Vikas,

    RLS is using a query if you have restricted a branch and want to add some other customers, the branch filter will still filter out the 5 customers.

    So these 5 customers could get a unique branch that would be visible by multiple roles. That would solve your query problem.

    As an alternative you can also use address book security. You can then assign more then one address book per customer to manage visibility.
