Hi all,
I have a question about marketing forms. I'm starting a customer journey where audience who've submitted my marketing form receive an automatic email with certain information. I would like the FUP email to be based on the answer on a certain question within the form. Is it possible for people who've answered yes to this question to receive email A and for audience who've answered NO to receive email B?
I hope someone can tell me if this is possible :)

Hi Mesman,
It is recommended to create a new custom field in Contact entity, whose data type is "two option" (i.e. Yes/ No).
The map it into the marketing form as a form field. Ref: Set up input fields for marketing forms (Dynamics 365 Marketing) | Microsoft Docs
After contacts submit the form, the field will be filled in with the value Yes or No.
And the following two segment can be created.
The two segment can be set as the audience of two swimlanes in a customer journey to send different versions of emails.
