Posted Sales Invoices - Auto-send option?

Hi community!

I would like to know if it is possible to have posted sales invoices to automatically send to the email in the main email field within the customer's page.

I already know how to click on an invoice and "send via email" which works fine, just would like to take the manual process out of it and know that invoices are being sent on time.

You can create a job queue process (scheduled codeunit) that saves the invoice as pdf and send it to the customer address.

Yes making a Job Queue would be best solution for these requests.

The Email codeunit got an enqueue methode that you can use to send the e-mail using the job que.

When i do this i use the [EventSubscriber(ObjectType::Codeunit, Codeunit::"Sales-Post", 'OnAfterPostSalesDoc', '', false, false)]

from codeunit 80 to create the Emailmessage using the "Email Message" codeunit and i send them through the job queue using the Email codeunit.

Within NAV, you can create a Job Queue to send the Posted Sales Invoice to the email recipient from the email address on the Customer Card. You can also go a step further and look to automate this document and others, with multiple email addresses and To, CC, BCC features, using Continia Output Addon.
